Q. Where do I send a small advertisment?
A. By post to The National Communications Officer or by email to smallads@41club.org .
Once the advertisement has been paid for you can send a photograph to the Webmaster for inclusion in the website copy of your add', please quote your advertisement number.

Q. How do I go about starting a new 41 Club?
A. The National Membership Officer will send you the items you require. Or you will find the information here on the website.
Q. What do we do now that our Round Table has closed?
A. A number of options are available to your 41 Club.
Firstly make contact with your National Councillor and he will arrange a meeting with your club members to discuss the issues involved. It would be better if a joint meeting can be planned with the Tablers and 41 Club members.
Remember Round Table have a process on closing a Table and this takes about three months so move quickly.
Secondly, make contact with the nearest Round Table to your club and again discuss the matter with them to see if they can help.
Thirdly, Get the remaining Tablers into 41 Club and work on a programme of starting a new Table in due course. Do not abandon them!
Finally and most importantly, act very quickly, as soon as you know the news. Delaying any action will create bigger problems.
Q. How many magazines can we have?
A. as many as you pay capitation fees for.
Q. Why do I receive the magazine in separate envelopes?
A. Because it’s actually cheaper to send them that way.
Q. If I send you or add to the website, members details, will they be used or sold elsewhere?
A. No all information is used SOLELY for our communications with you.
Q. Who do I pay my club capitation to?
A. The National treasurer.
Q. Who do I make the capitation cheque payable to?
A.‘The Association of Ex-Tablers’ Clubs’.

Q. Where do I get a new jewel or badge from?
A. Only for affiliated clubs- you can contact the National Sales Officer or order and buy on line from the RTBI sales site.

Q. How do we disaffiliate?
A. In the first instance contact your National Councillor or the National Membership and Extension Officer.
Q. How do I log on to the Club Administration System?
A. You will need a user name and a password to log on, if you do not have these first speak with your club contact or Club Secretary who should have these details. Only then should you contact the Webmaster stating your Club name and your Club position and the details will be e-mailed to you.
Q. I have the correct user name and password but I can't log on to the Club Administration System.
A. This may be because you have the security set too high on your computer. The system needs cookies to be enabled, it does NOT leave a cookie on your computer but it does require that you have them enabled.
Q. Can I send and email to all clubs, Nationally or Regionally, or all members using the Club Administration System?
A. No. Only The National Secretary has this function. If the subject matter of the email is something that SHOULD be brought to the attention of the membership as a whole then all correspondence should be sent through The National Secretary. If the subject matter is to be circulated to the clubs in your region you should in the first instance contact your National Councillor who if he considers the subject matter suitable for circulation will do this on your behalf.
Q. May Clubs have space on the National Web site for their own web pages?
A. No. We will publish photos and reports of events on your Regions Page but are unable to make web space available. Should you wish for help in setting up your own web site the Honorary Webmaster will be delighted to lend what help he can and link the result to the National Web Site.
