CLUB ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM

Club Contacts are requested to update the Club Administration System (CAS) whenever an Officer changes. This can be done by selecting the Club Administration System via the link at the top of this page.

The 41 Club Magazine, 'Links', is published at least 3 times a year and from July 2009 bulk mailing has ceased and magazines are delivered direct to members' homes - the address list is maintained by Club Contacts via the Club Administration System.

The National Directory is available from the Club Administration System at any time and Clubs are asked to keep their information up to date to ensure the directory is as up to date as possible.

Capitation is payable for all members and is due for payment to the Association on the 1st of January of each year – this should be paid as soon as possible after this date. Capitation for 2010 was set at £10.00; capitation for 2011 is set at £10.00 (set at the Scarborough AGM 2010).

The AGM of the Association took place at Scarborough on Saturday 17th April 2010. The following is a summary of what was decided:

TREASURER:

The accounts for 2009 were approved
The Budget for 2011 was approved
Duncan & Toplis were re-appointed our Independent Examiners
The Capitation for 2011 was set at £10 per capita (no change)

SALES & MARKETING OFFICER:

Hugh Milward of Ashby-de-la-Zouch 41 Club was elected National Sales & Marketing Officer

RESOLUTIONS:

RESOLUTION 1 (Change of wording of International Rules)

This was CARRIED

RESOLUTION 2 (Selective Membership)

This was LOST

RESOLTION 3 (Purposes of the Association)

This was CARRIED

RESOLUTION 4 (Purposes of the Association)

Withdrawn due to Resolution 2 being lost.

The new National President – Malcolm Lockey of Yarm, Kelso and Party Tyne 41 Clubs was then placed in office.
