WOT NO MAGAZINE?

HAS YOUR CLUB SECRETARY OR CLUB CONTACT STOPPED YOU FROM RECEIVING YOUR 41 CLUB MAGAZINE?

As notified to all clubs and repeated in the Summer 2009 edition (number 162) of the Links magazine, bulk mailings to a nominated representative of a club have now stopped, in favour of you receiving your due copy direct to your home without the delay of it going through a third party.

By now your Secretary or Club Contact should have ensured that your contact details are on CAS (the Club Administration System). Below is a check list of things to do to ensure you get your next Magazine. Please carry them out in the given order:

1. If you have regularly received your 41 Club Magazine at your home address in the recent past then as a Member or as the Club Contact, you need do nothing, your magazines will continue to be delivered individually as normal. This information is ONLY for those who have not.
    
2. If you are the Club Contact or Club Secretary charged with keeping your Club's details up to date in the CAS then you may do so from this link or the link in the top right-hand corner of this page.
   Please bring your members details up-to-date now so that all their magazines can be delivered to their homes.
    
3. If your Club has until now had your magazine distributed at a Club meeting then as a member you should, in the first instance, speak with your Club Contact and ask if he has entered your contact details on the CAS.
    
4. If he has not please ask him to do so now so that your magazine can be delivered without delay.
    
5. Only after checking with your Club Contact and if you still think you are not registered on the CAS should you use this link to send your personal details to Marchesi House. They will check your details and if they are missing or incorrect will update them for you and from then on you should be assured of YOUR magazine arriving promptly on YOUR doormat!
